Crafty Drama

Crafty Drama is a group that helps build confidence and life skills through drama, dance and singing. The group enhances lives of people who have a disability through the use of drama, dance and music. Come and join us on:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 4pm in St Botolph’s Church Hall

Knitter Natter Group

Some of the Knitter Natter group have been knitting children's things to support a charity called Brainwave, which offers one-to-one therapy for children with brain conditions such as cerebral palsy and autism and support for their families. Here is Janet with some of the staff, who were delighted with the knitting.

 

We have just completed the summer series of nine Wednesday Lunchtime recitals instituted by Tony Willoughby to give opportunities to young and local musicians to perform to an audience.  They have been enjoyed by performers and audience alike and we hope to repeat them next year so, as they say, ‘watch this space’. Refreshments were enjoyed as well as music and helped to raise £900 by donation towards the tower fund, of which more soon elsewhere on this site.
